Adhesive bubble treatment method when stirring glue

Adhesive bubble treatment method when stirring glue. When the glue is stirred, a glue bubble is generated. It is best to use a vacuum machine to draw air bubbles. Stir thoroughly and move quickly to the vacuum tank to defoam. The bubbles will cause the liquid surface to rise and the liquid level will drop after the bubbles break. Vacuum size and vacuum time, look at the viscosity of the glue and the requirements of the product surface (Debubbling time is generally: 2 to 4 minutes). If there is no vacuum machine, it can be stirred clockwise for 2~3 minutes. After mixing evenly, the glue can be placed for 5~20 minutes to automatically deaerate.
